New Turbo Sliders Members

Yesterday i opened a server for just 10 mins and 4 players came in to play.

They were all new to the game... they had just bought the game.

I told them "who told you about the game"

and they replied "nobody, we just found in on the net"

They even do not know about this FORUM.

So my point is that out there are many people who have TS but we do not know about them.

I've sent an email to jollygoodgames to inform all users about the forum.

Was it a good idea?

There is already information and link to the forum but it doesn't show up very
well. Maybe forum link could be with "news", "download" etc.

Also I think that links section should be updated as almost half of the links are dead.

I suggested it to jani 1 year ago....i also proposed him a newsletter.

I visited the page since I do not remember. Unfortunately.

JGG, please, do something to that. If nothing else, just remove the links section. This really is embarrassing.

Yes that would be a good idea. Unfortunately we have some problems with the server (as you know) which should be fixed first. I'm not too familiar with phpBB so I don't really know what is causing the broken emails. None of the code has been changed so it seems something in the server settings might be the problem...

phpBB has a big community and support, I guess google would help finding the problem, though this is not what we are asking for. We want to promote this forum to those ones who bought a license (not subscribed to this forum then), so only JGG knows their e-mail address.

I personally think that many players around the world have and play turbosliders.

The problem is that we must UNITE and flock together.

Why not to add a link "Visit Forums" to main menu in game? or why not add forum link to Playtrix servers information?

I just wanted to say that this is a very smart suggestion!!! Make it on initial game menu a link for FORUM to register in online competitions!!!
