Problems on running TS

A friend of mine is having the following problem after he installed windows xp SP2 update.

He can't load servers list, as if he isn't connected to internet.

The output.txt file says:

Is he using a firewall which blocks the Turbo Sliders entering the Internet?
Can he access the servers using an IP address directly?
