We are used to use prefixes to know who made the track:
pu_* tracks are made by Punatiainen
de_* tracks are made by me
etc..

Maybe a little list can be created here on the forum or on a small page in the tracks section of the site, for newbies to know who made XX_ tracks.
"Mo_" tracks are mine. I also have "GPOR-" / "GPOR_" tags on some of my tracks, usually to represent a GPOR track pack by me and possibly others who assisted.

Some poeple(especially newbies) don't know how to open the .trk file and search for author. I agree with mouse we should create a small list and if you want to be added just ask the creater of the topic. Ill even do it if you ask.

When you play the track it also says:
Track: Jyllandsringen (maker: Anddru)
So actually i can't see the problem

Ah, sure it's easy to find out who made what track, but a little table could not be so bad.
