1. Open the Track Editor
2. Place the lines

There, you're done!

LOL!!!!!!!!!

Still, he was talking about the lines you make through photoshop. Sniper, you have to know how to make tracks using photoshop and then you'll figure out how to place the lines. Its not easy, believe me.

You dont need to make it a jpg, but it is a good idea if the image is large or has high detail.

Try inner glow for your lines.

I already asked him if he wanted help, 2 times in the past, in a series of PMs i have learned that he does not need my help anyway.

i can give you a fast way to make only white lines, but you need use Ulead Photo Impact 10

1) in tool panel select: line and arrow tool
Image

2) in shape select: Freehand
Image

3) draw your line
4) in tool setting - path window select OUTLINE tab
5) in arrow select the first field "no arrow only line"
6) basic settings use width 2, the max selectable is 9 and to give a track a god wide the best width is 32, so click on button "more..."
7) in line width set 32 and press ok
8) if you wanna modify the lines or give smooth curves, on top you can find a button called "Editing", fix the lines how you prefer...
9) in edit menu go under "Trace Edges" field and click on "Selection Marquee.." then press ok
10) to see what have you doing, Press M then D
11) on top you can see a drop manu called "MODE" select pipe
12) on top again you can see a button called "Panel" click on it
13) in the new opened window set width 2 and depth 1
14) last step is for color, on top again you can find the field "Color" just set it as WHITE :)
15) press M again, select the old track image and delete it
16) select the white lines then copy it
17) create a new image with trasparent background
18) paste and right click on it, in covert object type select: from text/path to image
19) press P and choice white color, in soft edge set 0
20) color your lines and for last step save it as PNG

PS: i dont wanna write too tutorial to make too the pat image :)
