Ahahahhahahhaha thats great! Jazzy give Mario a call, hes Italian im sure he can get you job at Nintendo to make tracks! I wonder if this is coincedence, or if they actually took the idea.....i cant see them scanning forums / web sites to get an idea, plus, no offence but that track is so plain, youd think they would pick a better one to steal!

And yes, Mario Kart DS is a brand new game, so Jazzy's track was here first.

Jazzy why dont you e-mail Nintendo, mabye you can find out.

Anyway, really cool find!

Really nice (accidently) cover
But seriously:

1) They (in Mario Kart) drive the track the other way around
2) The startline is a bit switched around
3) The roadwidth is partly not matching Jazzyclub's track

4) either Nintendo published that track earlier or Jazzyclub...i think they have probably build the track earlier, since even such games are at least some months in development
5) track designers @Nintendo won't steal trackideas from here or anywhere outside of Nintendo, i think - except they would need to cover real existing tracks on purpose.

Well, Mario Kart DS has been in development for a very very long time, so that track may also have been around for that long.

And Benzi, graphics on DS are not that bad, but still not so good. If anyone is going to buy a handheld get a PSP, i have one, its a PS2/IPod/IVideo/PocketPC/PhotoViewer.....its got GTA! HD screen too. anyway......

Yeah, im thinking Nintendo did not steal the idea, its a very basic track, and Nintendo could have easily thought of it themselves.

I think so too. I like this track but it has a form that can easily come into other minds - just lilke a circle or rectangle. I even had to take a look on Kobradogs tracks because it reminded me on them.

But let's see, maybe they have a track like Tungos or Jail. Then they are certainly copying TS tracks!

The track I showed is from Super Mario Kart, long before Tubrosliders existed and you made your track...
