What's this cup?
Hello guys, after a lot of lapwanking cups we thought that it could be a good idea starting a new racing tournament. The idea is pretty easy: 1 track, 5 cars, ghost mode, run for the win with each car!

When?
February the 18th 2007 (Sunday) @ 19:00 CET (18:00 GMT, 19:00 Germany&Italy, 20:00 Finland...)

How can I join?
15 players will qualify for the race. Drive with all cars in DIT AutoServer (84.253.150.67:6543) to qualify. Best 15 totaltimes will qualify to the race. If Sunday there won't be 15 players, then everyone is welcome

How does this cup work?
Car: each car will be driven once (order: EasySlider, Slider, Speeder, Spinner, AntiSlider)
Track: Unreleased track by Ippon² member
Laps: to be decided
Ghost Mode: Enabled
Server: 84.253.150.67:6655 -> RACE || 84.253.150.67:6543 -> QUALIFICATIONS
Points for each car: 0 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1

P.S: Qualification server won't be up the whole day. I'll try to let it open as much as possible.

don't get qualify sistem...is the track the same of dit?

Why ghost?

Yes, track is the same of DIT. Drive all 5 cars to get a totaltime. It won't be hard qualifying. Qualifying position won't give points for the race.

And about ghost: we already tried having racing cups without ghost and with gentleman rules. That worked only in Inner Ippon Cups (cups allowed only for Ippon Team members). This doesn't mean "only Ippons are able to race fair", but it means "when you are playing for the win, players can start behaving like asses.. also gentlemen".

TRACK USED FOR THE CUP IS THE SAME OF QUALIFY???

Oh, since many are making questions:

1) Track used in the race won't be the same as DIT/Qualifying/Time Trial
2) Laptimes obtained in Time Trial count also for the Qualifications to Sunday's cup
