Okay, I drove 4 laps with every default car in every competition track and rated the 'compatibility' for every car with every track. Like: how good is it to drive this track with this car? how smoothly does it flow? and so on. I made notes of likes and dislikes in every track. So, here goes, comments + my personal rating system results.
Anddru: Mini-Craash | score [14/25]
There are obviously too many turns that go right, like all except the last one, which is a minus. It is definitey meant for rough racing, and for that it's a decent track. The tyre idea is good, but the scenery lacks something..
Ippon²-dede: de_Ficionte | score [18/25]
Seems worse at first sight than it really is. Obviously a racing track, but would benefit from 1-2 high speed corners. I definitely loved driving my Speeder through Ficionte, don't know why, but it was the only track that got 5/5 for Speeder. Difficult to find right driving line with EasySlider and Slider. Pitstop area seems odd..

Perfect for EasySlider! Loved the smooth flow and fast speed of the track. Scenery is well-done as is the pitstop area. Good variety of corners make a really fine drive for basically any car, including my favourite AntiSlider. Nothing bad to say. Thumbs up!
Keppana: k-Desert_Oasis | score [19/25]
A decent track, although a bit repetitive with its corner choices. Best to drive, ironically, with Spinner, but fairly good with AntiSlider and Easy, too. Pitstop is good. Scenery could have something more. Best part of the track is the last sector, starting from the tight U-turn in the bottom right corner and until the start/finish line.
[Flow]Limp-pu: Limp_Watery | score [16/25]
A bit TOO watery.. flows smoothly, though and good to drive with Easy. The track doesn't exactly shine with anything, but is decent for every car. Scenery could be a lot better..
[URL] Scorpio: URL_Ice_Vally | score [18/25]
The track is VERY good to drive with EasySlider and Slider, but the 'all white' scenery is a bit disturbing whilst racing. Seems monotonic. It could be all wintery, but with some objects, anything.. there are some missing asphalt issues and.. where is the grid?
Track shape seems like one of the default tracks, it's fairly good.

Difficult 1st corner
Especially with Speeder and Slider. Scenery is fairly good. Overall the track could be a lot better, judged by VPAs real trackcreating abilities. Trackshape is a bit odd.. I don't know.. perhaps it just doesn't suit my driving style

Selection for 3 best tracks was not easy, but here is my selections.
1. Limp_Watery; Enjoyable track to race. I like the natural feel of the track and the challenging of fast curves.
2. Jn_Anizca; Track for good races and forgives driving mistakes. The chicane would more tight.
3. de_Ficionte; Tight track, too hard for speeder or slider, not giving mercy for mistakes. An interesting pit entrance. de_Best is still the best of dede.

4. VPA_WheelchairBeast; Another good track from VPA, but this time didn't make way to top three. First corner, a lot of crashes.
5. Et_Eldenare; Track would be a bit better without a long back straight. Pit entrance is in the interesting place, but does not give advantage when shortcutting.
6. And_Mini-Craash; This could be good track for crash/rough racing.
7. URL_Ice_Vally; Not very special track, long straights gives too much advantage for faster cars. There is too much unused graphics so it is almost a shame to use external graphic tiles.

Would be good track for fuel cups with lot of laps.

Fast, works with any car. Would be good for fuel cups too.

Good track for rough cups except those tires were too near of road imho.
Overall level of this competition was very high, almost all tracks were very good. I hope that Jarno and Keppana and others keeps up good work so we could see such competitions in future too

I'll try to test tracks tomorrow (though it could be quite hard). I hope to vote because I noticed some great track (basing from the images), for example Keppana's and Etmil's (well, of course, Janne always makes great tracks, except that bounch of tracks in the Racing Trackpack by Hengari). Limppu's one seemed interesting though it looked strange. Surprised that my track got so high votes.

It looked better in the screenshot. Bad choice adding those trees to the first curve. Possible bounces.

EasySlider | score [4/5] | Close to be perfect, I didn't like that guard rail dividing the track from the pitlane. Way too close to the track.

Speeder | score [4/5] | It deserved a 5, but that guard rail...
AntiSlider | score [3/5] | Not designed for AntiSlider, but still drivable.
Spinner | score [5/5] | Perfect. I noticed that the starting grid isn't where it is supposed to be.

Track shape is quite good, but it can't be defined a "racing track". This is more like a "fun track". A different scenary (grass, no ice, etc) could've helped this track making it for the top3.

I didn't vote for the landscape, though I think a good track should have a good landscape as well. Good landscapes by Janne, Limp-pu, VPA, Etmil and me. But well, landscapes don't make any change to the drivability of the track, so landscapes didn't bring any extra points to those tracks.
Congratulations to Janne, he really had no opponents for this competition. Limp-pu didn't have opponents as well, but he wasn't close to Janne's level. VPA, Keppana and Etmil will battle for the last spot on the podium. Good luck

I see you've used my system of rating as well. Anyway, I partly agree with you on the 'landscape doesn't change drivability', then again, [no offense Scorpio] it really annoyed me when I was basically driving a grey line on a totally white background. If we don't pay any attention to the scenery and landscape, then that's what it becomes: a random line existing.. nowhere? That's why I still think that a beautiful scenery can add a lot to a track, and combined with an interesting track 'shape'.. it will make a perfect racing circuit. I'm just a lot more realism-oriented than perhaps others. Real-life racing circuits include much more than just the asphalt-laid track, there are grandstands, parkings etc. That's what I've been trying to do.. with default tiles [knowing you will mention Jazzyclub's realistic tracks, they look awesome yeah, but I'm just trying to do all this with default stuff]. Anyway, just my thoughts. You can reply, you can not - your decision.

Don't worry. Thought mine track was getting good points, but reality striked from the clean sky when we was playing it on multiplayer. As on ghost mode wanking it would work, eh. About the landscape, I completely agree with you. I wouldn't select Scorpio's track for my tournaments. Drivability is as much important as landscape. Here we go with three examples:
1) Janne's track was perfect: a real racing track with a lot of details (and default tiles!)
2) Limp-pu's track was very drivable, but it didn't have a racing-friendly landscape (quite hard focusing on the car with that blue of the sea all around the track)
3)my track had many details, but it wasn't drivable at all
My ratings aren't considering the landscape (I wanted to vote only for tracks drivability).
I decided to vote following only one criteria: drivability as racing track. Maybe I shouldn't have included your track in my votes since it doesn't match with the category I'm voting for. It's like comparing a PunaBall track with a racing track. Curves are too tigth to keep up the flow for slider. Also obstacles are too close to track. Basic good.
Mini-Craash: 7 ½
Not really comparable with others, because of different racing-style. In rough-tracks this kind of "rough" style works just fine. There could be something between road and tires. Basic good rough-track.
De_Ficionte: 8-
Unforgiving. those tires are way too close. For slider, those shicanes stops the speed and kills the flow. Elsewhere there's nice flow, ecpecially in bottom-rigth-part of the track, which i like very much.
VPA_WheelchairBeast: 9
Very nice. I like the style VPA uses. Looks brigth
Those few close obstacles are just good, because they are in a rigth place making it special. They add some exitenment to the track. Profile is very good and flowy.
