Unreleased tracks needed!

Hello,

I don't have time to make new tracks anymore, so every trackmaker can contribute with own tracks for the next IRT and IHLC competitions.

Track requirements:
- track has to be unreleased (you can't share it with other players before the competition)
- you cannot train on the track (you already got a good advantage by making it, no need to get more advantage by training before)
- it might take some month to see your track in some competition
- only good racing tracks (obstacles can't be too close to the track, no bouncing, etc) are welcome
