Windows 7 doesn't understand commands in caps.

Try to set sliders.exe into Windows XP compatibility mode.

One solution might also be to right click the sliders.exe and click "Run as administrator".

I use Windows 7 too, like Jan told use to run as Administrator, then allow it,

Finally you can play as you like

Yeah. Try to go to the video setting and then set Driver to SDL from OpenGl.
If you can't read the text to set it up, then go in the game folder and set it up manually in the sliders.ini file.

Not a Bug, you didnt install the Grapichs Driver

Here is a link to a easy program that finds and install for you.

I cant believe you forgot to download the graphics driver

PS: Install all other drivers
