The plan is to have 8-10 races, all on unreleased tracks. Rookie+Pro races will be probably confirmed, although there might be changes to the format of the cup. Qualify with fuel sounds like the way to go.

If you have suggestions, please use this topic. I'll be waiting for messages from trackmakers, I need to know if we can build enough tracks for the cup.

Jaykoq will take care of all statistics

I think you should make new topic for all this. It's good to have all on one place. Also, new topic will be more visible for all forum visitors. They all will know that something about F1 is starting.

i also think that we should keep the league how it was, it was pretty perfect! im to 100% with arjen and wippe! its seems strange to quali for the race on some other track! makes no sense! also the racing for sure is better if all the guys already know the track! some more laps for quali would be nice! normaly it took us 1hour to do such a race! its short enought!

i think its no problem to strech it a bit! maybe we could slightly change fuel settings! making bigger difference from low to full tank! introducing the possibility of a 3stopper! we could at least try it to see if it works! since in every race 80%-90%of players did a 1 stopper!

@lux: sad to hear such things from you! i can still remember those good old days in gpor fighting against you, popo and matic! best time in TS for me! also the racing was always very fair in league! of course i mean the main event where almost everbody was known! not everbody can be a gentleman as you always was!

i remember a few times that we almost stopped on track because both of us wanted to let the other one pass!

The F1 League is now finished, so it's time to relax and start thinking about what you want to play next!

To keep it simple, I do not want to organize RoC-style of cups.. I prefer normal races or leagues.

I'd be interested in broadcasting a default cars RACING league (i.e nonghost), on SlidersTV. But of course IHLC and IRT are fun too, just not so good for videos

Also, I'm planning to do a few SCARTS videos and perhaps F1SL videos when F1 takes an offseason. Not all of them, just selected races. Or perhaps a highlights reel. But don't worry, F1 League will ALWAYS have all races for as long as I work on SlidersTV

Oh, and something I really really enjoyed playing was the Porsche Supercup on F1SL - 2 races per meet, 1st dry, 2nd wet.. always having a wet race is really fun for me, AND they meet twice per week, and have ballast according to championship standings. Its a pretty cool little fun cup, could easily do a touring car league like Keppanas on released TSE tracks with wet versions.

What about just having a different kind of cup each weekend for a while? If you wanted to take points from each one and add it up after X weeks for a champion.. that could be cool.
Example:
Week 1 - Full contact KO cup
Week 2 - XB tournament
Week 3 - F1 race
Week 4 - 250 lap Banaring Antislider race (:D)
ect....
In any case... I'd love to see some cups on default tracks with default cars. Fairplay Anticups were so common, now it seems everyone hates Antislider.

If I had to choose... Antislider league in the style of F1 (default tile tracks).

I'll definitely participate more often too.

No, I'm not kidding. I think it would be fun to shoot the shit out of people. Missiles could make some damage but not so much that would kill you instantly. 5 missiles would do, I think.

Is there any chance something like this could be created?

There should be something silly like this, a serious endurance style league, but with explosions.

I would quite like a decathlon style competition. so lets say a 10 week cup.

Coming up with 10 different ones that we could pull off is a bit tricky though

1) random default cars, default tracks cup (ghost maybe?)
2) Full contact
3) F1
4) XB
5) Punaball
6) Knockout
7) Slider cup

uhh 3 more, gets a bit tough now...

Endurance antislider race?
9) infiltration?

...

10) errr... hot laps cup?

irt, ihlc sounds fine to me, 250 laps endurance anything sounds nice to me as well...
something ghost f1 80 laps+ idle consumption 100%, 20 sec fill time (to have pauses during long race) would be my fav. f1 league type i think

im kinda hoping there might be less sunday 21 cet events, although i can understand its a good time for many...for me, pingu and kikiriki (the pkr players) it might be not so good
