NASCAR Cup Series

The main Series in NASCAR returns to TS with all new tracks ; Daytona, Richmond, Lowe's, Bristol, Dover and more..... Each Race will consist of 12 cars in each race, bots filing empty spots. The series will be 10 races long, spanning 10 weeks long.

NASCAR Modified Series

The new series in TS NASCAR. these cars are slower and easy to drive, to garuntee close, action packed racing. Each race will be shorter than the Cup series, and will be all on tracks 1mile or less.

I was very unlucky yesterday....

After beat the track record on qualify and starts on 1st, i got stuck in the first curve everyone passed me and i was 9 seconds behind the 11th position...

Then i did fast lap after fast lap, passed 3 bots and got stuck again...so i stopped in pits and quit the race.

yes, i felt awful for road in that race, he was by far the fastest, but the bug got him. through the whole race, everyone hit the invisi wall at least once, road stuck 2 times, and i stuck one time. if you are wanting to enter this leage, dont worry about any more bugs, i will make sure there are none. i just finished dover, the next track we race on, and there are no bugs, its perferct.

Can the Daytona and Dover tracks as well as Nascars be downloaded anywhere? If not, are you willing to email them?

not downloadable. can get them on sundays at the race

If you are the only driver with access to the tracks, don't you be practicing on us.

hehe oh no i dont practice on them. i drive mabye 10 laps to check for invisible walls / bugs (not for race practise). the only time i actually get any practice is when i drive 10 laps to make AI lines. dont worry i wont cheat

I'm gonna try real hard to be there Sunday Mouse. It sounds like a lot of fun. It looks like the race will be noon my time here in St. Louis. Can you tell me a little bit about how the whole thing works? Is there some sort of qualifying? I assume your server will be easily distinguishable when I check all the network races?

ok here is how it works -
Server goes up about 10 minutes before 17 GMT, so people can come in.
at 17 GMT, First Practise Starts, includes non ghost and bots
after that a short break to allow more people to enter
then final practise with no bots and ghost mode on (qualifying practise)
that there is qualifying, 3 laps, ghost on
then the grid set up. i explain how that works after qualifying (bots start behind everyone)
then we race! each race is about 20-25 minutes long. 12 cars max per race, bots filling spots

server names are easy to spot, this is what the next race will say - "NASCAR MBNA Race Points 400 - Race 2 of 10"

NASCAR Cup Series CHASE FOR THE CUP -
The NASCAR Chase for the Cup is a New addition to the league. It adds excitement to the middle of the season, and a great battle at the end for the cup.
After 7 races, 3 to go, the top 5 drivers will be given an extra 100 points, and only they can fight for the cup. also, they will be pu withen 3 points of each other to ensure a fantastic battle.

i have thought about that. if a bot is in the top 5, it will be in the chase, but i will include other human drivers that are outise the top 5 also.

though, i dont think this will be a problem. as there are 20 bots total, and only about 6 or less are chosen randomly each race, so it should be a human top 5 either way.
