Re: Full Contact Championship
O.K., rules are changed as Jan suggested. Also, border for qualification to DIVISION 1 has moved up because of increased number of subscriptions. Read all in the first post.
P.S.
Can someone make a FCC logo that I can use for home page tournament announcing?

Re: Full Contact Championship
Yesterday we were 15 on FC and i saw that we were so much on tracks with crossings and it was a madness, the tracks of the FCC could be normal tracks?

Dont beg for things do it yourself or else you wont get anything!!
						Re: Full Contact Championship
Well, yeah, some of those tracks can be really annoying. But I still think there is a good balance now on FC since we already removed many stupid (random) tracks from that server and added many "normal" ones.Alex Novo wrote:Yesterday we were 15 on FC and i saw that we were so much on tracks with crossings and it was a madness, the tracks of the FCC could be normal tracks?
Re: Full Contact Championship
It's because for most players madness is fun, and that's the spirit of Full Contact. If you ask me, there's too many "normal" tracks and not enough crazy ones. I think the current mix is a pretty good compromise to suit everyone's needs, though.Alex Novo wrote:Yesterday we were 15 on FC and i saw that we were so much on tracks with crossings and it was a madness, the tracks of the FCC could be normal tracks?

Re: Full Contact Championship
I am totally agree with Xzeal. You can't go out removing the tracks at whim.
Why don't we use the tracks we always use, instead of wankers selecting the ones they're good at?

Maybe we got miss-understood. I didn't delete any track that we already play these last 2 years. But, long time ago we deleted most of those stupid random tracks and added some "normal" ones. If you miss some of those old stupid tracks, I'm so curious to see which ones?Oompa wrote:I am totally agree with Xzeal. You can't go out removing the tracks at whim. Maybe this one???
Re: Full Contact Championship
If you aren't fast on normal tracks, there isn't our problem, I hate stupid tracks because if we are 20 people its imposible to drive and you will be always crashing with other. I think with difficult tracks not normal.. could be possible to drive at least but.. why we need to have tracks with crosses? they are so STUPIDOompa wrote:I am totally agree with Xzeal. Re: Full Contact Championship
Because its part of the game.
And now lets not imagine that you'll win on 'normal' tracks

Lets turn that idiotic statement around and say: If you aren't fast on hectic tracks, there isn't our problem. You can drive around crashing people. Some are really good at that. Sig, for instance. It adds to the fun.Alex Novo wrote:f you aren't fast on normal tracks, there isn't our problem, I hate stupid tracks because if we are 20 people its imposible to drive and you will be always crashing with other.

Re: Full Contact Championship
Download and try it then. We've been enjoying that track for years.Oompa wrote:Looks fantastic. Never played that

Re: Full Contact Championship
That was a good "lets take it easy and enjoy the madness for a race" track.

I've actually made this:

It's more like a presenting image than a logo. But who gives a shit.

Exactly! Why are people so serious nowadays about Full Contact?xzeal wrote:That was a good "lets take it easy and enjoy the madness for a race" track.
It was always great to have some real craziness for a race or two.

Nah, that was a good "let's leave the server and come back when race is over" track. I'm personally not against madness - but it must be controllable.Jan wrote:Exactly!xzeal wrote:That was a good "lets take it easy and enjoy the madness for a race" track.

Re: Full Contact Championship
Hey Whip, due to issues like broken PCs or work shifts, some of the Shitalians (like 'Ccezzionale or Luca Badoer, for example) are not able to participate tonight. I'm looking forward to have the entire crew available next time

I hope that we can start 19 CET. Next day is monday, and people go work. I have to wake up early. Fortunately I have to past this first cup if it start 21 CET. Saturday is my favorite day.
Finland
						Re: Full Contact Championship
19 CET looks to be 20 finnish time. Im a bit confused by all these zones and summer times. So 21 CET (22) is not that bad, for me at least. It is impossible to find a perfect time for everybody.

That will not be a problem, I guess.Enrico Papi wrote:Hey Whip, due to issues like broken PCs or work shifts, some of the Shitalians (like 'Ccezzionale or Luca Badoer, for example) are not able to participate tonight. I'm looking forward to have the entire crew available next time
To all:
We can discuss time for the next event. But we can't change it for this first one - cause it's too late to do it now.
So, event starts today at 21:00 CET (19:00 GMT) as we already announced.
Re: Full Contact Championship
Really looking forward to this tonight. First organised cup I'll have participated in for about 5 years
No point to this post really but at least it bumps the thread again in case somebody has forgot.
