they wont go under 32.000 quite hard, so much for "quite easily".

as i see it 32.2 would be a great lap.

and 32.1 would be perfect.

I'm not sure. I did 32.324 now and I think I made some mistakes, so I wouldn't be surprised if any of them did like 31.9xx. I think it's possible. Sometimes I overlook details, which is something pros don't do.

Anyway, I think that anything under 32.5 is a good lap for a qualy.

i did 32.232(or 32.223n not sure) and only had some minor details on 2 turns, which i dont think are up to 2 tenths of loss, maybe 1tenth, maybe if i had it all perfect i could squeeze a low .1, but it would be hard. surely not "quite easily"

total wictoryyyy!!!

i started last, and got to first within the first few laps, and then got a big lead to lanz, which was dimished by kebab and gigi who blocked every time i was lapping them (i mean the gap to lanz disappeared thanks to that).
I only had 1 big mistake which cost me some seconds, i guess 2 or 3s when i went to the sticky snow.

But anyway, when i got to the lead i was never in risk of losing it. nice race!

Well, i started 8th and after some turns i was leading the 1st laps with a 3 to 6 sec gap until a big blow from my net ruined it i was 14

I tried to continue but i was so slow to get some space back, i tried to be fast getting space from Baddeend but guess what my keyboard failed, i tried again to recover space, i was already fulstrated, lots of mistakes and then when i realized that my changes of getting a 10th spot were killed i gently parked next to the trees

I was also leading for some laps but then I made bad mistakes (too much pressure

) Also had big lags as always (may be computer related, happens in certain curves). Wasn't big fun to fight for tenth place after that so I didn't even finish..

I have the same problem. That's why I always change my video settings in all official cups when many drivers participate. I use SDL with resolution 800x600.

Was good racing. I was in 5th or 6th until lap 27 when i made a mistake which dropped me to 9th i think, then another mistake to 11th

which is where I finished.

Pretty good for me to say my first F1 race

Really don't see how you guys do 32.2's though

haha

Edit: Also did anyone save the replay (or whatever you call it, recording, tsr file etc xD) I would like to watch it back and haven't worked out how to save yet :p

not satisfied about my race! i knew that with a good start i could overtook dede, what i actually did due to starting inside on 2nd position, but i was on the lead only to the exit of the hairpin where i made my first bad mistake! i took that corner not good at all and arjen who was close behind touched me a little bit! that made me go into that damn snow! sure my fault! so after i crossed finish line for the first time i was 9th! next to me and a bit in front again Arjen! he overtook me on the straight and he stayed on the inside for the following corner but whip already stucked in that tree so we both crashed into him! bad luck for me and Arjen!

so after crossing finish line twice i was 7th, thx to whip and Arjen:)! and then this big lag came where i still was lucky! i only loosed one position, whip overtook me! only good thing so far was that dede´s race wasnt better until there!hehe
after 3 laps i was 7th about 5sec behind the lead, 3sec behind silcir and about 2.5sec in front of dede! race could only go better wich it did! from that one i started to gain position after position and in lap 9 i overtook pablinho! now i was 2nd, 2.5 behind silc and about 4.5sec in front of dede who was still 6th or 7th! i tryed to catch silc or at least to stay in front of dede! i had nobody in front of me ans i pushed, it seemed to work quiet good! i crashed into bubu who was parking on the track in first corner but i didnt loosed that much to piss me off!

after that i had a good part of the race, driving 32.xxx constantly! i was coming closer to silc who had some troubles with some lapped guys! but instead of giving him some pressure i made 2 bad mistakes in 2 following laps! lost about 5.5 sec!damn!!!! lap 21-22 didnt remember exactly! dede overtook me after 2nd mistake and i was down!

at least i tryed to catch up with him but again i meeted bubu on track! he am out at least for next race! so dede was gone and i drove home 3rd place! sure behind 2 pros is not that bad but i could do a lot better! some hope is there for the next round!

If you lag, it affects only you. Some people on the Punaball ranking server believe otherwise, but they're stupid.

i think practice is more important than usual for the new track, its long 60+ seconds/lap , and its not easy to figure out breaking points and some driving lines.

i have a 61.603 as best for now.

Exactly!

That's why I choose this track. It's something diffrent for a change, and has some nice elements. Were gonna see plenty of overtaking on this one!

Only the weird chicane at the (mid) bottom right is a bit weird, very hard to get out there fast.

I think were gonna see laps in the 1.00 zone for pole if the top drivers spend time on this one.
