TurboSliders.com F1 League 2012 Edition

Personally, I'd like to wait releasing the new TS version before we organize any new F1 league. All track makers can use that free time to get the most beautiful tracks they can. Also, consider that the league with the new version of game will allow 4000x4000 sized tracks.
This will not happen soon, but when it does - it will ROX.

Re: TurboSliders.com F1 League 2012 Edition
Speaking of tracks, I'm creating a new TSE-style 4K track. I've got the layout and the runoffs, with final environment still WIP. I could move on ASAP if time permits me to do so. Hopefully you could consider this track for the next F1 League:

Edit: I know the kerbs are too big. This will be re-worked soon

Yep, kerbs are too wide. Also, all the curves are quite the same.

First of all, nice to see that people are slowly getting more and more excited about a new F1 League!
Since were driving with a new generation F1 car now on the Fairplay server, I would like to ask everybody to post there feedback regarding the car in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3088
The car is still in development and all your feedback would be highly appreciated!
Regarding Randy's track:
As much as I appreciate all your efforts I don't really like the layout of it. I think it will be impossible to overtake on this track due to the shortage of straights - brake zones and tight corners. The increased map size allows long straights now which will allow the cars drafting feature to be used at its best, so please have some of those in it.
Some long corners are ofc nice, but there not always that challenging either. Approaching a short 70/90 degree kink that can be taken flat out only when you nail it spot on gives a more rewarding experience, and can create overtaking possibilities on the straight afterwards if your opponent makes a small mistake in it. I am looking forward to new tracks though, so I can't wait to drive any of them!
