We are happy to announce that AntiSlider League will start on May 9th 2010 (Sunday), at 21:00 CET. This event is composed of five races.

Unreleased tracks are needed. If you make any and if you would like to have it in the league, submit them via e-mail to a.squizzato[at]mclink[dot]it.

General info
Car: AntiSlider
Tracks: unreleased (to be downloaded from the server)
Rules: fairplay racing
Fuel: Fuel on. Amount: 600sec of accel. Fill: 10sec. Idle cons.: 75.0 % Full slowdown: 7.0 %
CanChangeStartFuel: Yes

Race Format
Each race is composed by two parts:

1. Superpole
This session lasts 15 minutes. Players can set startfuel and pit as many time as needed. Ghost will be on. Final laptimes will determine the starting grid.

2. Race
Race will last about 25 minutes (number of laps is variable, depending on track length). Startfuel can be set freely.

Im in.. but can't download tracks or game crashes. Only happens in cup servers.

Yeah Janne, send me your third track when you finished it.

About the number of races, it's conditioned by football world cup starting in June. Anyway, I think five races are enough.

Ditto. As I mentioned yesterday, I am going to be very busy other the next month or two, but if I am available, I will play.

However, I know I will definitely miss the first race next sunday, so sign me up at the bottom of the entry list (even if more players sign up after me, give them priority) - this way, I am not occupying a spot for somebody else who may play all 5 races (but if there are free spaces and I am available, I can play).

I tested AntiSlider for real for the first time today and played Costa del Puna. It was without fuel. According to the TS ranking (I don't know how fresh this is) my best lap was like 0.9 second from [UK]Nerd's record. Is that good/reasonable/bad? I have no standards for how good this might be. I really don't know. Someone? LOL.

I don't know if I will be able to race (especially in the first race, which happens to be on mother's day) but I will try to show up, so sign me in if possible.

PS: Reirom will show up, don't be fooled by his comment.

As I see it, +0.9 is pretty bad if that is your personal record. But, if that can be your constant time, then it' reasonable. You can download some videos from old AL links and then try to play those tracks to see how really fast you can be there compared with those players. I woud show you that links, but I use my mobile right now since I'm not at home. You can do it by yourself anyway. Just click on links on homepage and find Nerd's site.
