One specific situation we got on EasySlider's overall ranking.
It's like this now:
Whip
498319	01:55,877
Palo
498282	01:55,794
It's hard to say if it's fair or not, but the fact is that I got more overall points with the slower overall time compared to Palo.

It's kinda impossible to avoid it with this point system. I could extract overall points from overall time, but in that case giving points per each race would be senseless. Then it would be practically like a racing one big track (combined by 5 tracks). So, each thousandth would worth the same.
In current point system, things are not working on that way. So, worthiness of each thousandth on "de_Rerum-Natura" track is much bigger than thousandths on Sc_Antila for example. The conclusion is: time gap on shorter tracks worth more than time on longer ones.
We could say that's fair, cause making big time gap on shorter track is harder to do than on the longer one, but that could be just one perspective. Other point of view could say that each curve of each track should be valued the same, so track length should not affect the points.
I expected this to happen on TS's (dede's) DIT ranking...and yeah, we got those situations there too. For example, look AntiSlider:
Etana
371 3:02.120
Hevonen
362 3:01.909
In my opinion, overall lap lime is more relevant, but playing for overall points enters more fun.

If I extract overall points from overall time, then nobody could be ranked as long as he hasn't drive all the tracks and that could be boring.
Maybe I could split those two rankings to one for time and one for points, but I'm not sure if that's so necessary.
