Rar is a compression format, just like Zip or Gz. Check www.rarlab.com

Pack needed files to a compressed archieve (rar, zip) and upload it to some web hosting service (e.g. http://rapidshare.com). Then just post the link here.

Remember that "editing" a car means that you are using images, sounds (..) of others, so always remember to mention them (e.g. "Original car by Jazzyclub - Edited by Renegade").
