PNG car maker

could any one please show me how or where i could get a .png maker for TS cars because when i try making one in paint it shows the background color in the game so my car is like a square can somebody plaese help me???

Paint cannot make an image for TS.

Use a real graphic design program like Photoshop or Corel.

Gimp is also a good choice, mainly because it's free.

umm it would be kinda nice if u know u could give me a link to them or something because i really want to make a sprint car for speedway mod i would like the link plz

Photoshop is generally not acquired legally... as most people don't want to spend $300 for it. If you reeeealy what it, you're going to need to find your own way.
