A new release is out for the 2009 SCARTS Full Throttle COT Pack!! This release features slightly larger cars, an improved PAT for the cars, and a 0.0 elasticity to allow people to push draft others down straighaways without it feeling like you are hitting a wall. Find it in the Cars section.
