BIG PROJECT ON NT2004 TS CAR

i play Nascar Thunder 2004 on the pc and im creating cars ect and got a great idea. I will use TS icons, logo's and cars in TS and decorate the car.

im not selling this car am i? lol restrictions on copyright is selling ect im just using images of JGG signs and Turbosliders Logo's

ok, the images im using are off the main site on www.jollygoodgames.com nothing u haveto buy or sell and i found them on google so i think its fair game if their on google

So, you use Google to search something and find f. ex. some song from some just released album ($20 in stores) from some famous band in mp3-format and you download that. Fair use, right, because it's on the Google.

But anyways, I would say that it's usual to use different firms product logos on game related stuff, but still you should think about these things.

Everyone uses copyrighted logos and stuff in games mods, the problem being is that you're talking about your mod on this forum. Probably would have been a good idea to ask first.

heh, and not to be a dick... but it's a NASCAR game, Europeans (most of TS's community)don't like NASCAR.

Well, I wouldn't say we Europeans don't like something even if it isn't driven or played here. We just don't care about it.

Btw, I think that driving on those oval tracks hours after hours is kinda lame

Like antislider fuel and damage cup with 500 laps on Arena

Simply uneducated about the series (and that's ok). NASCAR has enough fans so I have no reason to defend it here.

By the way, I know a few people who would enjoy a 500lap race in Arena (me included).

I'm sure many people remember me and Mike Nike asking for a 250 lap Banaring race.

Everyone creamed themselves and cussed us as out, heheheheh.
