IMO reality movies suck...
I can't really put these in order:
Terminator 2
Pulp Fiction
The Boondock Saints
The Rock
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
and the sixth would be the new Rambo.
e: forgot the Matrix totally. One of the greatest movies ever.

just in alphabetical order:
2001 a Space Odyssey
Clockwork Orange
La Grande Abbuffata
Le Conseguenze dell'Amore
Man on the Moon
seems TS community loves action movies
I think that Rocky IV is reserved for Ivan DragoJarno wrote:1. Rocky IV
2. Rocky III
3. Rocky
4. Rocky II
5. Rocky Balboa
6. Rocky V
And what comes to my favorite movies... well there are too many great movies to be remembered here and now. Some action flicks are good where you don't have to think anything. And btw: tv-series and anime are better than movies: they last longer.

Here are some of my favorites: (order by year)
A Clockwork Orange (1971) - Totally unique movie of it's time, classic, masterpiece. I do like Kubrick's work. I could have chosen The Shining as well or Eyes wide shut, but i wanted to pick just one movie per director.
Star Wars (1977) - When i saw this as a child, it was simply awesome. Something different, never seen before. It "blew up the sky"
Pulp Fiction (1994) - I haven't seen any film as many times as this. The dialog is just suberb, very enjoyable. Tarantino is also one of my favorite directors.
The Matrix (1999) - Follow the white rabbit. This was awesome, storyline is scifi as it's best ("could happen for real") and technique used in fighting-scenes was awesome, unique as it's time. I'm not fan of Keanu Reeves, but It didn't bother, because everything is else in Matrix is so great.
Unbreakable (2000) - M. Night Shyamalan is also one of my very top directors. I love all of his movies, and if i have to pick one, it's this masterpiece. The storyline is very intresting, "what if an average man really would be a superhero?" Friends of old comicbooks, like myself, are thrilled with this one.
And pretty close to my list:
Trainspotting (1996) - This used to be one of my favorites. Maybe i've seen it too many times allready or getting too old, because nowadays i'm bit bored of it
Still it's a classic.
Scent of a Woman (1992) - Pacino does a magnificent role as a blind Lieutenant Colonel Frank Slade. Martin Brest also directed Beverly Hills Cop I, which is also a great, hilarious movie.
Sin City (2005) - From the movies of the 21th century, i would rate this one to be the best. Again unique techique is used to draw the characters and environment to the stage. Absolutely brilliant. Dialog is also great. "An old man dies. A young girl lives. A fair trade…"
and the list could continue forever...

At least some of it is fact. Like in the end, where the Architect of Infiltration is sitting in a chair, watching multiple monitors of all TS battles. The chair then spins around revealing the great Topo in a purple outfit. He then says:dede wrote:Hmm, I guess this one isn't a famous movie. What genre is it? Fantasy?Squall wrote:6. "Deo, you have two choices. Door number one leads back to 'Mo_MissileWar8' where your team is being slaughtered, they don't have much time left. Door number 2 leads to Tubosliders.com, where you must update the rankings, Tijity's life rests upon this update being done in time. Make your decision."
Amazing...

Other movies that I like a lot (that others have posted): The Rock, T2, Apollo 13.
Also I just saw Cloverfield, pretty unique and cool flick. Hot Fuzz is another i recently watched, and it is awesome.
