UK Easyslider server

Is it possible to change the amount of laps for this server from 10 to 6 (like the demo server) ? 10 really is too much for this kind of racing... 4 not enough... 6 perfect! :P

i think 6-8 laps is good.

AverageVotedLaps = [1*4+ 7*6 + 1*8 + 2*10 + 2*>=11 ]/12
= [4+42+8+20+22+x]/12
= [96+x]/12 = 8 +x/12

Result: although 7 of 12 want 6 laps, the average tells 8 or maybe more laps.

If someone want something like 20 or 30 laps, that would of course make the importance of his vote too high when his vote would influence the averagelap result.

In my opinion, 6-8 laps should it be then. When the cup consists only 10 races, then my tendence goes more to 8 though. Jani or Ande will decide this (if they don't make a revote with 6,7 and 8 laps for example).

Obi would like to know why the UK Easyslider Server is no more...

:(
It is not known why Obi Wan Kewelu (aka [YO] Obi!) registered himself under the code-name "Dr. Laborious"... What is known however, is that the orange members of the YO team are the fastest easysliders on the planet.

About the UK server, I have no idea, maye its being update with different tracks or something....

hey isn't Ande in charge of the game servers, i know i was racing him one day and he changed the one of the US servers to have pro rule but then he changed it back:(

I do have admin rights in US servers but not in any other servers. Have there been wrong-way-drivers in the US server which does not have pro rules on? I can put the rules permanently on if there are vermin problems...

No but there are a lot of backwards drivers in the PTX demo
