Hi.
I lost my TS key, because of a software failure, so I had to reinstall my PC.
I did write to support[at]jollygoodgames.com, but got no reply.
I have to ask why you don't have a system, so you can get your key resend by email ex.

I know that people have lost their key before and gotten it back. possibilities come to mind: you sent the e-mail to recently and they haven't seen it, or you weren't very clear in your e-mail.
Or a third option: maybe JGG is a bit slow these days.

This is odd, actually. I got the license I ordered. But I didn't get any reply after that (to the think I cared about). Oh well, maybe it's time to send another email to them. After all they confirmed to me that they can't go on holiday, they can't leave the mailbox unchecked for more than one day. After you buy, they will have to be available to send you back the license if you lose it. And that's will be a support they will offer "forever" and for free.
Oh well, don't lose your time writing posts here. Just send e-mails to Ande and JGG and next time remember to backup your e-mail (or buy through dede, who will provide to back it up for you - and send it back easily and fastly, even via msn).

Hey.
As you all can probably guess by my post here i managed to lose my key as well. I've sent repeated requests for it to the jgg-support, still it's been months with no reply.
I was wondering since i didn't actually purchase it(award in a Xmas-cup some years back) JGG might not have a record of my licence for some obscure reason or other.?
*edit* Ok, saw i could mail Ande as well. I'll try that.
