No, so far this is not possible.
Only option would be to disconnect and reconnect with another nick or as spectator, if they are allowed at the server - then you would be able to switch between the car perspectives. But that is not what you would want, i can imagine.

This might be a good feature, by the way.
The problem would be only, that the switch keys are the same like the accel and brake - but accel and brake are still activated when being disabled. Perhaps only the accel key can be a swtich key then. But actually 2 switch keys are better. So the better solution would be in that case to have 2 new keys for that. But since this feature doesn't seem to be very necessary, it doesn't have a high priority, i guess.
