payment problems from a confused clueless slothead in London

Post by Thing-Fish » Mon Mar 02, 2009 12:59 am

i sent a Paypal payment having downloading the demo 1.0 version, will the payment go trough? or do i have to download another version?

and my other question is, how long do i have to wait for the registration key if version 1.0 is good enough

Hello there and welcome,

unluckily Paypal payment requires manual sending. We said that several times so far, but probably people come here to the forum when they purchased already (naturally it's not us sending the licenses). I suggest to wait a couple of days and then send an e-mail to both of these addresses:
- jani[at]xihalife.com (the one who is supposed to send you the license key)
- amannist[at]kekkonen.cs.hut.fi (the creator of the game, he's the only other one able to generate licenses)

Please specify in the e-mail your data, so they can check if you really paid, in case they didn't get notified from PayPal.

By the way, you could try the version 2.0.0 which has free unlimited demo mode. You can download it from the main page of this website ("Download Free Demo" in the header). The license purchased for 1.0.x is still valid for the new version of the game ;)

P.S. I removed the other topic you posted, one is enough (we can't do anything anyway). About your other questions, there is quite an active community but it's not really big. You can have fun playing some random races every now and then, but in order to have full server you got to join organized cups (they are posted to this forum). Oh obviously we are playing the latest release of the game, so get it now, and even if you won't receive the license soon, you'll still be able to play in full servers :P

Congratulations Thing-Fish on being the 1,000th registered user of TurboSliders.com! :)

(slightly off-topic, but I felt it was worth pointing out)
