What I can make of all this:

Jurgen tries to get Pingu banned but ends up making a fool out of himself. You guys were obviously both wrong, but this is in no way ban-worthy or even worth mentioning; you don't get 5 years of jail for not wearing your seatbelt.
Now, can we please end this discussion?

i still find it annoying that this is his 2nd complaint about him in the puna server and he just got his playing rights back since when 3 months ago?
not to mention the things he pranked before.

My friend 'semir' uninstalled TS just because Jurgen wanted that Janne or Mike (i cant't remember) ban him because of bw, even without a warning. He said that he "can't watch that some kid wants to punish him". He didn't even want to make apologies; he left server by himself to avoid geting ban. It wasn't bw; he is just newcomer and makes mistakes on crossed tracks often. When I look it now, I would do it too. I would never make apology to get beck to TS comunity. I would probably play it ofline only; It's just because I belive that it's too good game to uninstall it anyway. So, careful with banning wishes. Even I don't like Pingu's behaveour too, idea to ban him should be realy the last solution. Warning is something good to use, especially to new players.

I guess you forgot that you banned me in Emanuel's server. Now I realize why is bad that any TS player can be administrator. Emanuel just made a bad mistake. You are just a little kid who thinks that ban is cool.

This morning we were racing with only few riders, but then some retards got frustrated because they sucked. Started calling people cheaters, idiots, some things with f-words, you know the drill. And then started to block me and other people, reverse starting, just being annoying.
Is there anything you can do about them, they were ruining everyone's fun? Eventually everybody left after a while, and they did as well, result = an empty server. Is that what we want in Turbosliders?

I'm the blue one with the yellow stripe, its obvious who are pp en HAO ...

Hehe, you could also just post the replay. Anyways, this is quite normal for the morning hours on the full contact server. Just see it as handicap racing. It's such a joy if they can't hit you and you fool them all the time lol.

I understand it can be annoying too though

Well it depends on the track, in some they can cut every corner and then its just hopeless. Still won a lot of races (cause they really sucked) but after a while its getting annoying if 2 or even 3 riders just ride to block you.

I guess they are new players. We don't ban new players permanently unless they stick doing that even after warnings. The only problem is that we can't warn them if admins aren't online..

So I just read through several topics on the site (havent been on the forums much)...

Why are everyone so angry?

Have a beer, take a nap, watch porn, make a snowman, or a mudman if you dont have snow. Just chill out, cursing and yelling on the forums is not going to accomplish anything - unless you are trying to make yourself look like a complete asshole.

Oh and the guys who are just "trolling" in the servers. There arent that many of them around you know, so your options are: a) play properly, b) dont play at all c) get banned from all the servers.

There is a problem with Matic.
He banned me after a race when i was 4, becuase bw. There was 12 players on server .... I didnt. After he said i made bw after finish. Its also false.

After server was restarted he banned me again for nothing, before first race. Here is a log from chat.

this was 2 or 3 time u drive BW at 2 days.(last time u drive bw after finish line, thats why u are banned )

we dont need more bw drivers full contact servers

U banned just because i play against. I pushed you out of the track a lot of times. Thats the reason. Didnt bw. I can say 'matic bw' too. Will you ban matic? If you cry after you ve been pushed, go cry. Now i will record all races, we will see if i bw. I hope admins will give me 'last chance'. I will prove that you banned just because pushing. Also i saw a lot of times when others make bw after finish. Why didnt you ban them. Matic, you did.it too against me. Why didnt you ban yourself?

Logs you've shown don't actually prove a thing against Matic's decision, only a video of him driving backwards/being pushed by yourself and you behaving perfectly instead(what's doubtful, both ways) would change it.
Not to mention, that I pushed Matic myself few times(what happens to be not that easy) and he was far from banning me.
