These are my suggestions:

1. A sound file - Pit Now! (exactly like the sound - Final Lap or Fastest Lap)

2. Pro Rules have four options - Enabled
Disabled

Disabled in pits only (my suggestion)
* 15 seconds slow down (my suggestion)

* i mean if you hit a car when being lapped you dont have to pull over cause you cant drive more... you have 10 to 15 seconds slow down. Then the car get normal again

No no not "pit now" in that voice! "final lap" sounds like an announcer at the track saying it. Best sound would simply be a ding.

"Ding" - 100%
"Ding Ding" - 50%
"Ding Ding Ding" - 20%

A pit terrain is nice too, people love to fly in and smach you out, and it is very frustrating when it happens.

2 bugs found!

1) when you start a fuel race with AI bots sometime happen these AI run in reverse mode! backward
2) if you press the tab button to see you fuel bar, you reach too the other plaerys bar, too when they are out of your screen. (this happen only when they are on top or bottom of you)

wow that was a bug?? i thought you made ai lines like that (heaven knows why anyone would). Hmmm yes bad bug there. But i have not seen the other one you said, or mabye I just did not see it.

In which track did this happen? I don't understand why fuel mode would have anything to do with this :).

And could you explain more about the other bug? You mean you see fuel bars when you shouldn't or in places they should not be seen? Where exactly?

is not important why fuel mode is on with AIm it happen and stop :)

if you press the tab button to see your fuel bar near your car, of course you can see too the other players bar, but when they are out of your visualizzation (a big track of course need to scroll to run over) i can reach they bars in top & bottom border of the screen..

There should be also an option to define "road crossings". I mean places where you might eventually crash into an other car that is half a round ahead or behind.
