Future plans

So, when might there be an update posted to inform us of what is going to happen with the site? I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to know when/if there will be a new development in the community-restructuring effort.

We need a HOME Website - a headquarters...

The community manager must be in charge of this... but we al should think about it.

i am in charge of it and have been speaking to two TS players (including fasteddie) and i have been talking a lot to Creator about it as well.

You can have anything you want, i just need to write it all down in a text document and implement it to ts.jollygoodgames.com

I think it's a great idea to use this forum as a repository for all kinds of suggestions as to what the TS community would like to see in a "centralized headquarters" for the game. Many of us remember tscups.com, and it was as close to a headquarters as we've ever had. This new site, ts.jollygoodgames.com, needs to be that but better.

Some ideas to start with:

- Detailed player biographies (NOT "Member Profiles")
- TS Event coordination features (i.e. calendar)
- User-created content download/upload section, organized and sortable by MANY different fields (author, track type, has pit or not, etc.)
- Developer blog section maybe
- Integrated Lap Records for ALL tracks (not only 23 default tracks)

With enough time, devotion, research, and help from the community, ts.jollygoodgames.com can easily become what we have all been wanting for so long.
