For Ande

Post by wazaari » Mon Apr 10, 2006 4:49 pm

Hi ande!!!
I ve 1 request/suggestion for u!!
Would be possible to have a server where we can organise cups and tournaments??? (like the gpor one)
It would be very usefull if we could have a good server where we could organise Ts events with a minimum lag!!!

I think dede and me would properly use it and also let everyone use it for their own cups!!!
Let me know something (wazaari@hotmail.it Mail and msn)

Regards,
waz

Actually, I am not the one to sponsor servers etc. I would suggest contacting Jollygoodgames directly. But would a server in the USA would be good for you? I guess there is anyway lots of lag to Italy.

Hey Waza, GPOR server is in the US, so you can play there a bit to get a feel, lag wise i mean. Also you can talk to some peole who have raced there in EA-F1 - BluT, Tijny, benzinfurz, or Jeffrey would know good about the server conditions on those races.

Ande:
1 How and who i have to contact for that server request?
2 I don t want that server for my pleasure or for italian players pleasure...
mainly i think that it is very necessary a server located anywhere where the majority % of players (finnish essentially) can play cups without being disturbed by huge lag attacks or similar thinks. what do u think?

The problem is that JG servers are in the USA and they can be laggy for Europeans. You can try to contact info@jollygoodgames.com. I agree that it would be nice to get more official European servers but I don't know how easy or hard that would be to organize.
