I cant find it to download.

What is "TS Track Editor Launcher"? What's wrong with the editor.exe

If you mean the "Digillusion Track Editor" there is a link for that in Jazzyclubs site's download-section (http://www.jazzyclub.net/download/TrackEditorV1.rar).

I cant remember well but i'm sure it wasn't the digilusion editor.

The editior launcher was a program that allows the user choose the resolution, and re-load track the track without having to close and re-open the editor.
