PC restarts or just the monitor "shuts down" when the it can't recognise the signal (Hz or resolution or something)?

You maybe can adjust (with nvidia at least) the monitor refresh-Hz or what it might be in english in the control panel at graphic cards options if it helps. For example you might want to set the Hz at 80Hz with the resolution you play TS if using normal monitor and with tft something like 60Hz.

This is not a problem at all.. when computer restarts, then there is a little moment in which it doesn't send any signal to the monitor. The problem is: why the PC restarts when pressing ESC or trying to close the game with the Task Manager?

What do you mean? If the monitor isn't able to recognise the signal it shows that kind of "no signal detected" message. You can test it if you select a resolution too large for your monitor.

I don't think it is anything about the game itself at all.

omfg... the signal thing is totally normal when you restart you pc.. it shows "no signal" for one sec or so. I already told you what's the problem. But why it happens?

You could check the TS's output.txt in the game directory if it says something about why it restarts.

That error suggests some error with music and you could test the game without sounds/music if it makes any difference. But that error sounds a bit weird although I have seen TS to crash with some car sounds in the previous game versions.

If the game works without sounds the problem is maybe with the OpenAL sound -library. You could try to update your soundcar and/or motherboard drivers.

Maybe Ande will see this and give us some more information...

There is an option to change the sound driver in the game, have you tried it?

Sorry if it is a stupid suggestion, but, i have no idea how to fix your problem, just a wild guess.
