Is it possible to make the car move when I tilt the joystick forward and brake when i tilt joystick backward.

Left and Right works ok, but gas and brake must be button set.

Is it possible that all car controls are from the stick and not the buttons.

Unfortunately, that is not currently possible. Actually, some earlier versions may have worked like that but it was "fixed" to the current state as this is how things seem to work in most car games - at least when driven with a joypad.
