What happened?
Simple, the company who is hosting a JGG Server had some trouble with payments via Paypal (if I remember correctly), so JGG payment didn't succeed. This caused that every website hosted there got suspensed, included the TS Master Server.

And now?
JGG changed the payment method to something different, so we will get back our Master Server / TS websites in a couple of days.

Sorry for the trouble, things are back online now. I should probably move the master server to another more stable server, even though I don't anticipate further probems with this box either.
