problem with track editor...

when i click to open the Turbo Sliders Track Editor it opens fine, but a message appears saying "Could Not Open Output.txt". This file is in the correct folder as it is right next to the track editor icon, yet it still doesn't read it...

anyone else encountered this problem? or maybe have a fix?

It needs output.txt for writing, not for reading. Make sure the game has the right permissions to do so, and that the file isn't marked as read-only.
