It is true that we are always seeking for new talents. But it's not only about talent, it's also about mature behavior, respect towards others and good relationships with our team members. After all, we are a group of friends. And our members should be people that we can be proud to be with in the same team. What comes to mjay, unfortunately his forum posts talks about everything else except mature behavior.

Of course Keppana was joking. But I see that you didn't realize that some people may not understand it as a joke... Try to see the big picture instead of a single post. Personally I don't know for example mjay at all, so I had to reply on Keppana's post with a "serious" answer. It wouldn't be the first time when someone thinks that they can join a team simply by adding a nice tag that they see online in front of their name.
