Linux Server - problem with master server

Post by Kooler » Sat Mar 14, 2015 3:23 am

Hi,

I've just installed a linux server on a dedicated IP.
The server works fine.
But master list is not being informed.

/master is "1"

but the msg is: "informing the master server failed (Conectio failed)"

What should I do to fix it?

Thanks.

the master server seems down once again because payments are probably delayed for them

There might be issues with firewall. Some traffic might be blocked, can you configure it? Check ports used by TS (should be 6655 TCP/UDP), check that both packets are accepted in both directions.
