LVP autoban

Batjunior's IP is 186.213.56.72
It would be nice if it could be excluded from Badeend's "ban whole Sauth America" autoban script. I hope Batjunior isn't using dynamic IP.

I disabled the whole goddamn rangeban script, that's a much better solution.

Oh, and EVERY Brazilian player has a dynamic IP.

I come constantly being banned from the servers to punish, by having Brazilian IP, and because Reirom exist. Autoban this is not good for us Brazilians.
