right click on turbo sliders short cut go to properdies on target after " at the end Space then put -airecord 1
Re: ok?
People should know how to read and read the documents under the Turbo Sliders -directory. No need to post obvious things to the forum.{NOS}Sniper wrote:i just wanted 2 tell people how 2 make ai lines u dont haveto be so cruel

copy the sliders shortcut to desktop - make another one. Then click properties and add -airecord 1 in the target bar in the end. Name the shortcut for example "airecord" and to record driving lines double click on it, choose your car, track and go to local game and record. The ai will be riding just like you did on the recording.
NOTE: you have to go full race - if u have 6 laps in settings you have to ride this 6 laps on the track. if u ride 5 and quit - this wont work.

You dont need to go all the laps......you can go to as many as you like.Slider wrote:copy the sliders shortcut to desktop - make another one. Also, you can go "Start - Run" and enter the location of TS, then add the -airecord 1. This way you dont have another icon on your desktop. Also, "Start - Run" will save your text, so you dont need to retype to make ai lines.

mmm.. i'm some problems boys...

I have make a new shortcut to desktop... and i finish a race with my track in Training mode with Zero AI Cars.... but during the training i don't see di "AIRec" Text on the corner and after i close the game the new lap.new file doen't esixtFrom README-ai.txt:
To make new driving lines, you must run the game with the command
line option "-airecord 1". See the bottom of this document on
how to do this if you don't know. If you run the game with this option
and drive a track alone without any AIs or other players, your laps
are recorded. You will see text "AIRec" in the corner and all other laps
but the very first one will be appended to file ai/<trackname>.lap.new.
After you have recorded a set of laps, you can open the file with a text
editor and remove laps that were bad. A lap definition is started with "Lap"
and ended with "End" so remove them and everything between them to get
rid of the lap. The recorded laps of a session are ordered by time. Note
that if there already is a lap file, the new additions in lap.new are not
taken into use until you either remove the lap file or append the laps
in lap.new to it.

i'm not understand very well.....Slider wrote:im not sure but maybe you should put at least one ai - there wouldnt be any anyway, you'll be by yourself in the recording, and later you'll be with ai.
in order to specify: I have my put a custom track in a subfolder onto track folder.... it is not that in this way it does not go well?
it is clear however that my version is the 1.0.8w... Thanks for support..

I know your problem. The car you drove on the track in airecord shortcut is gotta be selected when you wanna play with ai. ai can drive only on that car you drove on.
if u dont see airec on the top, i guess you just did something wrong. Follow these steps:
1. go to ts directory
2. right click on sliders.exe and shoose >send to>desktop
3. add in your target line
4. double click on the shortcut
5. select your track and car
6. drive there as many laps as you put in settings
7. when you finished the car you drove with must be selected. the track too of course. now u can play and the ai will play with you on that car - they can drive only on the car you drove on. Good Luck!
