Because when i try to access in a Server i receive this error:
Your License it's invalid.
And in the server receive this error:
a user is trying to enter with one invalid license.

but in the private server the check of license it'snt disabled? otherwise i use this license from the 1.0.5

No, every *legal* version will check if the license is ok or not. If you use a crack, you're in the wrong place to find informations.
