Check out wazaari's driving from the replay. I think after that, you might re-consider those positions..

it was not my driving...just the lag distorsion number 156 (or 157, not sure) that decided that i had to crash towards him.
Anyway it is right decision to give rivo the points he deserves (also if again i would have deserved 1st place 8) ).

if u can't change positons just penalise me by 3 points and give those to rivo

I don't think it would be fair assigning more points to Rivolta. Rivolta arrived 4th, in MotoGP it doesn't work like changing positions :D
If there was some bad action, rules breaking (...), who did it have to pay with a penalty.

Replay seen. No points will be changed and no position will be changed.

Now to take action and investigate a rider, and maybe lead to some penalty, i must recieve a protest from a driver against a driver, stating exactly lap numbers and reason.

But again this will not lead to any position change or add point to rivolta. The only thing that could happen is a diciplinary action against the rider who has a protest against him.

So, let me get this right. Rules say very directly, that rider who returns to track from e.g. sand shouldn't be any kind of obstacle to other drivers on track. And here you crashed right in to Rivolta, and didn't even let him pass you because of that. Sure sounds fair..

Jeffrey,
In my opinion, those penalties shouldn't be only after protests. Like in real MotoGP, if someone brakes the rules over and over again, or drives all the time on the limit of the rules (unfair behaviour on track), organizer can punish them without protest from another driver.

Got your point Olio, and you are right.

I will check the race behaviour of Gigoro Kano, and come up with a report in this forum.

Disciplinary action will be taken if found of breaching rules.

No need jeff as i told i quitted it for many reasons:
1) lag who prevent me to drive for 1st place with dede
2) i don't like how other drive act
3) i think that Ippons2 can have more fun if the only driver who is able to beat them doesn't play

Ps: anyway it was my 1st rule i broke.

1) lag who prevent me to drive for 1st place with dede

Well, this is a problem that we all share. Lags have affected to all drivers, not just you. I've lost many battles because of that, so has many others too.

2) i don't like how other drive act

So they should drive like you, bumb others, don't let pass after own crash, coming straight to driving line from the sand and steal speed from the driver behind? I think everyone else drives fair, but unfortunatly you don't always.

3) i think that Ippons2 can have more fun if the only driver who is able to beat them doesn't play

This is not true. Good competition is always welcome. For example I enjoyed a lot for that long battle we had in first race. It was great even though I lost the battle.

of corse i liked it too because lag didn't influenced it.
Win or loose isn'timportant for me, the only think i like is fight!!!

In last races lag wasn't for you (dede+you). [dede told it to me, and it can be perfectly seen from races]
So if we don't have same opportunity of victory it is stupid to play

You can't pretend to drive always in same conditions {have the same lags, have them in the same area, etc..}. Lag is due to both server and client. If lag comes from server, everyone will have it though not in same track area (so someone will crash, someone will drive to sand, someone to grass, someone will be able to keep the car on the track). If lag and disconnections are due to the client, well, then it's up to your connection (I consider own connection as a "skill" a player has - if connection sucks, player can arrive last though he is the fastest on the track).
In last race it was pretty laggy in pre-race (warmup 1-2, at least). Race was really good, only couple of bad warps. A good player should be able to drive fair in every situation, even if his lag is destroying all laps or some other player bumped him out at first curve.
About this Championship, I now think that it wasn't at the same level as Toca: car was amazingly bad in contacts (even in local game), lag was awful in overall (though I probably didn't even lose 1 point because of it - but it was kinda hard keeping the car in the track, and my laptimes were almost 0.3 slower than my best ones).
I liked, instead, the possibility of overtaking using different lines (car was really little compared to track width), and of course the cup organization.

Hi dede. If i am understanding well the car (moto-x) has trouble with contacts right? Can you explain more? maybe i can improve the pat file?

Now regarding Gigoro Kano's case. As i said i will check the replay with a member of TSM disciplinary board and take action as necessary.

If i'm not mistaken Waz offered his position to Rivolta right. So it seems that Waz accepted that he made some bad moves.

I'm still neutral on the case, hope o have time soon to investigae and give up the conclusions.
