i paid for the game, the staff didn't give me the code!

i paid with paypal and the transfer was complete and it's getting me really upset since I paid for a game, I haven't recieved yet. I've waited over 24 hours and have emailed the customer support and haven't replied back!

Yeah, that is a little odd, usally they would give it to you by now. I got mine under an hour. Ask Hatu he can most likely help you. So far it sounds like they have taken advantage of your money. Don't worry somebody will get this sorted out in no time.

I'm sure you're gonna receive it soon, but if that won't happen, just write an e-mail to JollyGoodGames specifying details of your order. I ordered a license 1 week ago, and I received it in a couple of days.
