How do i make a profile picture i already hav the picture but how do i add it to my profile?

Profile -> Upload Avatar from your machine:
Just find your picture and upload it
There is probably some dimensions/size limitations.

lol? Just do what Etana told, Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 80 pixels, the height no greater than 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 7 KB.
