i am registered but can't download game

arghhhh, my version got corrupted because i was messing with my computer... the game freezes now.... so i uninstalled it thinking all was going to be straightforward.... i have my registestration key etc but i can't download version 2.0 somehow...

please help

Maybe he downloaded the game but just got the file under 100% of the size when downloading.

But does the download is complete yet?
