Connection Problems (again)

i got some serious connection problems which i thought i had solved last week by removing the splitter,

i am getting disconnects here every +/- 4-5 min and it has been good for a week till today my mum pulled some plugs and put some back in sigh.
so now its the same as it was before when the splitter was the problem.

but now even without the splitter its causing the same problem i was hoping someone can help me fix this in the week i made it work it was absolutly a good connection now its less then a crappy connection.

here are some details

Router: Wag200g Linksys (this is when the connection works fine)

DSL Status: Connected
DSL Modulation Mode: MultiMode
DSL Path Mode: Fast
Downstream Rate: 5088 kbps
Upstream Rate: 1024 kbps
Downstream Margin: 6 db (changes from 6-7 when disconnecting it is 274148758458)
Upstream Margin: 7 db
Downstream Line Attenuation: 45 db
Upstream Line Attenuation: 12.5 db
Downstream Transmit Power: 11 db
Upstream Transmit Power: 19 db

i did a firmware upgrade on the routers version which might take care of the problem but that is not the case,

the strange thing is suddenly my modulation mode changed from multi mode to g.dmt??

i still experience the same problems as before.
