How to block a program with a firewall on xp?

Man, I read many tutorials on the web, but nothing helps. They all speak about f*** "exceptions" but that can't help at all. I installed one game long time before and I unblocked it when it asked me for the first time. So firewall made exception for it. Now it can even help when I delete the exception. The game still runs. When I check the firewall after that, I see it made the exception again by it self without asking me to agree with it. Bastard!

Why am I always in trouble with such a stupid amateur problems???

I'm using Sygate Personal Firewall, freeware. It works fine!

I downloaded COMODO Firewall. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comodo_Internet_Security
There you can read that it's ranked number 1 software for a long time.
I tried it and It's really perfect. It has so many useful options. It's much better than Sygate.
