I would prefer the idea if someone translates the game in portuguese instead of brazilian portuguese. I guess brazilians can understand it, or? This is because the original language is spoken in Portugal (Hope I'm not wrong about this

) Of course if there's no limit for the translations then it wouldn't be a problem.
I have four strong reasons to defend the Brazillian Portuguese translation:
1) Brazilian Portuguese differs a lot from Portuguese Portuguese (pardon the pun). It's not half as close as British English is of American English. Of course we can understand each other, but we write
lots of words diferently, and both has lots of
exclusive words either.
2) Brazil has one of the largest set of Turbo Sliders players in the internet. Brazilian players outpass by much much far Portuguese players. I've created a Turbo Sliders forum in portuguese in Orkut in october and it has by now more than 110 members and more than 50 topics. All the members are brazillians, none are portuguese.
3) The International Portuguese is the Brazilian Portuguese

, signed and recognized by Portugal and all the other 6 countries that speak Portuguese as main language.
4) Brazil has 4 dedicated servers of Turbo Sliders working full time, with capacity for more than 50 players in total, that happens to be full 20 hours a day. We have at least 10 organized clans fighting there everyday and we're in the path of creating a Brazillian Turbo Sliders Federation to organize championships and set rules.
Please notice, i'm not denying a Portuguese Portuguese translation, i'm just saying that denying a Brazilian Portuguese translation wouldn't be very wise.
