Hello i am jeffrey from malta. I wish to take part in this tournament. every sunday i am free so i have no problem to play.

I would take Honda, as it seems free.

Yes Jeffrey, you can take part in this league. I will put you on Midland team though, since there is 1 spot open on that team, i would like it to be filled.

Copy/Paste this code into your players.dat file. Heres how to find the file - JGG Folder / Turbo Sliders / DATA / players.dat (open with notepad).

Since Honda is free, Jeffrey can join Honda and everyone is happy.

After just two races the drivers palette is in big changes. Drivers market is hot and rumours of new changes are coming everyday.

I really dont want to make team changes after the season start. BUT, since Obi and Kyna have not had a race yet, i will do some moving around.

Im sure the team/drivers will stay this way, i am not going to make changes anymore. On page 4 (of this topic) there is a list of all codes, of you dont have yours set yet, do it before sunday.

European Grand Prix - Nurburgring was a good race although some teams didn't make it. The track was challenging and only the strongest survived.

Williams showed it strongest qualities, fast car and even faster driver, Tijny, took the 1st place again. Toyota and benzinfurz was as fast as ever and 2nd place after Tijny was earned. Also Midland had gained some experience with the car and although the few test days, Midland's drivers showed some mad skillz and took 3rd and 4th places before Red Bull Racing and Mouse.

The race results for TSB_nurburgring is following:

Next week, Feb. 5th, the EA-F1 circus will be in Spain and it's time for the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona. New week for testing and new race to test the skills and endurance of the drivers and the durability of the F1 cars.

Midland will have shortage on drivers in next week race because Hengari will be on vacation and sailing between Finland and Sweden.

I leave this League, because itÂ´s impossible for me to drive on the GPOR server, which lags so much for me.

My lags are not really better...
The last 3 times i took time to meet friends instead of racing or go to a meeting etc., but i remember when driving the first laps just for fun in Melbourne (?)...and i was happy that i had no need to drive the full race, since it was so warpy. Even a ghostrace would have been a risky race each lap, maybe.
At the moment and at least for next week, someone else might replace me in SAU (Sauber).

i dont know which internet connection you guys have or how many progs running at the same moment but i never had much lag on the GPOR server (EA-F1 races)
only in last race i had a few huge lags but they were more or less controllable

Mouse: the GPOR server was almost empty today when it was time for EA-F1. Just Jeffrey and Benzin was there with me.

Some information we missed about postponing the race? Also the Gpor-site didn't provide any information about the cup and is a bit out-dated (shows indianapolis for the next race).

The race was on in Hockenheim. Midland takes surprise victory. Other teams had again problems to show on the race track. Only Red Bull Racing with one car was on warmup-lap but didn't quite make it. Go Midland go.

I hope we get some information if this cup is still going to be finished and if the races are cancelled there should be some information about that. Again there was only me, dragonstar and blut online...

I just returned finally, i had things to do today and was unable to host...again. It seems that this cup is not doing so well. If it is the same next week, mabye it is not worth it to continue.

But there are plans for another F1 cup in the future, a different type of cup too. Instead of teams like Midland, Red Bull ect.. the teams will be TS teams such as [GPOR] and [TL]. Also, there will be the [F1] team, this is for drivers like Tijny, or Fasteddie who are not in a TS team. This also means that sign ups are not needed, and anyone may race. Also, pit stops will be involved.

Well, the league is now closed. This is because of the lack of drivers per race. Many raced were cut in half because there were not enough drivers for a full race (8). And these past 3 race each had an average of about 3 drivers. So there will be no more races.

BUT...

I will be hosting some more races on sundays, open to all! I will post another topic about this at another time.

PS - i will be posting the final points standing of this league soon.
