Are you looking for the editor in the game? Im guessing this because:

The editor is in the Turbo Sliders folder, it is a separate program. "Program Files - JollyGoodGames - Turbo Sliders"

Tiles are stored in the "Data" folder, which is also in the TS folder.

Trying to create your own tile huh? Well, i can help you if you want, do you have MSN messanger?

A tip: You asked before where all the tiles were located, this makes me think you want to add your own tiles to that folder. You cannot do this if you want to share your tracks with anybody, because files cannot be transfered from that folder. What to do is make a new folder in the "Tracks" folder. Then, put all the files related to your track in there. That means: the track file, track pattern (png), your custom tiles and terrains (dont worry about terrains though, unless you plan on making your own, not important now though).

Click the little "MSN" uner my post and contact me, i will help you.
