Refund request - no answer in almost 1 month
hi
i bought 2 copies, one as a gift for someone, who doesnt like the game.
I mailed jollygood many times, asking for a refund (which is stated on the game's page) for this second copy.
No answer at all, and i mailed 3 different adresses.
Is that serious ? The 30 days will be over soon (in 2 days).
thanks

I wouldn't say that Jollygood Games doesn't care about customers. I'm sure you will get an answer sooner or later. I'm not getting any answer from more than a week, and it's for an important thing.

Thanks for correcting, dede, I completely misunderstood.
By the way, "sooner or later" is quite different form "right away". If they sell the game under an argument that you get your money back "right away", one should not need to wait it to actually happen "sooner or later" Perhaps they care about their customers but are just unwilling to show that. If your issue is about ts.com, a delay of > week sounds unacceptable.

Oh well, probably they are having some problem, because they told me they can't go on holiday and leave their mailbox unchecked for more than one day. Everybody can have problems.mikko wrote:Thanks for correcting, dede, I completely misunderstood.

And yes, it's about ts.com.. I've to admit that I already lost my motivation. But well, this is quite much off topic here.
You mean the "ask for a refound within 30 days from your order" limit? I don't think that's a problem, considering that you already asked for the money back and you also posted here. So don't worry about that.geoslake wrote:its not so that i want it right away, i rather worry about 30 days limit, which will be reached in 2 days...
they replied, saying ive been refunded, just waiting to see it on my bank account now, but seems ok
Now im gonna try to find someone to play online with the modified car physic i like
(i hate those over sliding cars, but ive modified the physic so it behaves more fun and realistic to me)(more "death rally" i'd say)

Also I haven't received a reply for more than a week now. My question was about a technical issue which I all ready know the answer to, but it would be great to get some kind of a reply from them.
I don't expect JGG to be the #1 company customer service wise, since it obviously isn't their priority, but 1 week is a long time in e-business - actually in any business - to acknowledge that the customer has been noted, if he/she has been noted.
