TS License (delay)

Post by p/a » Thu Oct 04, 2007 2:49 pm

Hi, I've bought a TS license on last Friday (28/09), then I sent a email with the paypal's payment details to JGG on Monday (01/10), and still no license and no answer of JGG (support@jollygoodgames.com). Do anyone know when I'll get my license? I'm so looking forward to play :) .

Btw, a friend of mine is just waiting for JGG send me a license to buy himself one too.

It seems quite a bad period now, I'm waiting for a reply since 11th September. You'll get more luck than me, that's for sure ;)

You mean they got your money for nothing? Sounds like good business in short term but bad in long run. In case they may have technical problems, I suggest you to resend the reminder by e-mail again and again until you get your license. Having said that, any delays like that are totally unacceptable. Whatever excuses they have does not matter as they should not be customer's problem.

Hi,

I bought the license on nov 14th. Did the hole nine yards: sent an email, waited for the confirmation, nothing, sent another email and then again, nothing. So I've heard that posting here really works, so...

Please, jollygood, send me my key.

Thanks
Francisco Luz

Did you buy the license on JGG or on TS.com? Via paypal or esellerate?

On JGG, via paypal. Sent them the email confirming the purchase... and just sent it again. Let's see what happens now.

Welcome. Where did you buy (TS.com or JGG)? Using PayPal?
